A million thoughts cross your mind but it feels like no one understands. You don't feel like yourself anymore after things seem to have changed overnight. After major life changes such as the bittersweet birth a baby, the confusion of a divorce, or the haunting images of a tragedy, we often feel like our whole world is falling apart around us. We seek to return to normality but somehow can't find the coping skills and support to help us rise back up.

By working together in a judgment-free environment, we can understand and address the key issues that may be creating stress for you. Therapy is all about you, and part of your journey includes empowering you to have a say in how your therapy progresses. As we get to know each other, I will challenge you gently in order to guide you towards your goals.
