About
I tend to work well with individuals that feel deeply, are highly sensitive to their environment, empathic, and who struggle to connect with themselves and their own needs, often putting others first. Someone interested in re-routing some of their mental energy toward the process of self-attunement, mindful awareness, and self-love, would be a wonderful candidate for my style of work. I insist whenever possible in laughing with my clients, and showing love and care in the way I listen actively, and share my energy with those I support.
Deriving my style from Somatic, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioral interventions, I believe in playfully integrating different techniques and staying creative with the work as I find out slowly what works for you. I believe in what I call Radical Unconditional Positive Regard- I feel gifted in finding the clients hidden talents, passions and inner genius.
I feel uniquely equipped to deliver warmth, wit, and deep kindness to those whom I help, and feel passionate about exploring the psychology behind what illuminates us, drives us, and restores us. I want to be a student of who you are, and be a light for you as you take on some of the most important work we are here to do.
