My focus is on helping adults, families, and children in overcoming personal and relational barriers using a collaborative approach and creative expression. I encourage your own capacity to heal within the framework of a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, integrating psychodynamic, somatic, and Internal Family Systems-based interventions as well as the artistic process. In my work with families and children, my goal is to support secure, healthy attachments and foster communication, no matter what has come in the way.

Being a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I also offer a powerful mind-body approach to healing trauma and overcoming stressful life events.
Furthermore, I bring to my practice being a native Spanish-speaker with multicultural roots. This gives me the perspective and sensitivity necessary when working with those of you who are culturally diverse or facing issues related to immigration and acculturation.
