I have worked with people who have anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessions, compulsions, phobias, and panic. People come to me to work on relationships in order to resolve conflicts that are having a negative impact on them. These relationships may be significant others, spouse, child, parent, roommate, or co-worker.
I just completed 13 years working in a college counseling center. I have developed an expertise with college age people and can advise parents about their high school students entering college. Also, I can work with young adults who have just completed college to resolve difficulties in entering the working world.
I attempt to uncover negative patterns with people enabling them to change the pattern to a constructive one.
