As a therapist my goal is to provide a supportive, warm, collaborative, and validating space for exploration, healing, hope and working with intentions you have set for yourself. I use a variety of treatment modalities and theoretical approaches that are strength based and client focused. I am a trained IFS therapist & grief-informed practitioner.
I have been in the field of mental health for 20+ years and started my practice in 2012. I am now seeing a limited number of clients during daytime hours via telehealth sessions. I bring my caring, compassionate, curious and humorous nature to my work with clients.
