My approach to treatment is mind-body centered. I utilize CBT, CIMBS, EMDR, Lifespan Integration & Energy Psychology; gently bringing resolution to past hurts by integrating the neural systems in the mind and body. I incorporate mindfulness, meditation, and self compassion teachings. No matter what, my work is tailored to you, to your life and your needs.
