I have a specialty focus for survivors of complex Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder (C-PTSD). I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, EMDR and other C-PTSD modalities that provide positive change for survivors of C-PTSD. I provide psychoeducation for mental health. I enjoy helping clients learn skills to navigate difficult emotions with encouragement and compassion. I use the evidenced based protocol of Accelerated Resolution Therapy, mindfulness, DBT skills, and other Exposure therapies. Together we will determine the best treatment approach.
For the past 15 years I have honed my skills in treating C-PTSD clients with compassion, precision, and in a non-judgmental manner. I closely follow the most up-to-date evidenced based practices for the treatment of C-PTSD and corresponding Depression and Anxiety - which so often accompanies C-PTSD.
