Anxiety and depression can make everyday life feel heavy and hard to manage. It can be difficult to get out of bed, find motivation, or feel connected to yourself and others. You may struggle with how you see your body or feel disconnected from your identity, especially if your gender does not align with how others see you. Past experiences can make it hard to feel safe expressing yourself or trusting others. Some days feel isolating or exhausting. I work with LGBTQ+ adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, and identity who want to feel more grounded, understood, and connected to who they are.

Sessions are interactive and flexible, built around how you process and engage. We use hands-on exercises, art, and practical tools to explore patterns and build skills you can use outside of sessions. I integrate CBT, ACT, person-centered, and mindfulness approaches to help you feel more grounded.

Reaching out can feel difficult, especially when you are unsure where to start. You do not have to navigate this alone.
