Hi my name is Karolyn! It is hard being a teen and young adult. And, yes it is hard being a parent, too. I believe that working collaboratively with young people and their families is rewarding and necessary for positive lasting change. I have witnessed how therapy can be a powerful way to learn more about yourself, resolve conflict, and develop and practice skills.
