My practice is half children and half adults. Having fostered and adopted myself, I am particularly skilled to assist foster and adoptive family needs. I also use play, expressive arts, sand tray and music to assist in therapy. First responders, gender non conforming, clients with anxiety, depression, thought and mood disorders, are particularly welcome. I am located in the east side of Milwaukee near the lake.

Alex Meitzen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2020. Alex's specialization is Children and Families, but she has worked with a variety of individuals. Her experience comes with providing direct mental health and behavioral psychotherapy for children, teens, adults, and family dynamics.

Amy has been providing psychotherapy services since 2003, focusing on women's issues and reproductive health, the needs of LGBTQIA+ clients, anxiety and depression and work with teenagers and young adults. Carly uses a variety of techniques including Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Motivational Interviewing and Internal Family Systems.

Alex treats adults aged 18 and older utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in his approach with clients. Alex earned his bachelor’s degree at UW-Wisconsin Milwaukee in Psychology. He completed his Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at UW-Wisconsin Milwaukee. Alex has spent the last 7 years working in a variety of programs and levels of care at Rogers Behavioral Health in Oconomowoc, WI.
