In my work I join with clients in a safe and collaborative way working to explore, understand and resolve the challenges related to their identified goals. I work with people dealing with a variety of emotional and personal difficulties including depression, anxiety, relationship or work conflicts, personality disorders, trauma or abuse histories, parenting, adolescent issues, grief, reproductive issues, self esteem issues and other general disruptions to social, work or relationship functioning.
I am a licensed therapist working with adults, adolescents, children and couples from a psychodynamic orientation. I offer both short and long term therapy.
I provide an environment of acceptance and understanding in which we can work together to address ways in which you are impacted by the challenges of life. We can work to understand feelings and resolve difficulties that may be standing between you and a life of increased productivity and satisfaction.
