Training and Background I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington (License LH0008737). I received my Masters of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University in 2001 prior to receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington in 1997. I worked as a Clinician with Compass Health in Snohomish County and as a Teaching Assistant in Seattle University's counseling program while obtaining my Mental Health Counseling license, received in 2003.

I work with adults 18 and older. I understand the courage it takes for those first steps in therapy.
