I am a neurodivergent-affirming psychologist who helps adults seeking assessment. I help my clients answer the questions, "Am I autistic? Do I have ADHD?" Neurodivergence can look different in women and AFAB individuals, and it sometimes does not follow the stereotypes of what autism or ADHD are.
