I have many techniques to cater to my client's individual needs. I am here to help you figure out how you can grow into the best version of yourself. Through insight, hand-picked therapeutic models, goals, and support we will get through your tough issues and ultimately send you out to live a better, more fulfilling life. Because that is what you deserve.
I'm a single Mom of four kids who are all in therapy, because even a licensed social worker isn't a perfect Mom. I know firsthand the struggle of divorce, teenagers acting out, being the caregiver of a special needs child, and having to start your life over.
