Announcement icon During the pandemic Dr. Simonelli is seeing all clients via Zoom, and finding it very effective for both art and movement practices.
We all need support, life brings planed and unexpected change, transitions and requited growth. My clients may feel the pressure of perfectionism, feeling not-good-enough or second guessing themselves, feeling stuck in life. They may have physical or emotional pain and a big stress overload. Often feeling pulled in too many directions, with too many responsibilities, caring for too many projects or people. They can feel lost or adrift, that life is not progressing or as meaningful or happy as they had hoped. Grief & loss build up & worry about the ability to change can immobilize so they often feel stuck & afraid in life.
Ive been working with teens & adults for 25 years, creating rapport quickly & unlocking client's desires for a meaningful life, helping to heal, build skills & move forward in the life clients long for. Experiential therapies with art, imagination, embodied awareness & brain based shifting strategies empower clients & support real healing from inside-out.
Even if you have tried therapy before, this unique integrative approach with Dr. Shannon's experience, skill & presence offers ways to feel better quickly & more coherent within yourself. With greater coherence you experience more clarity, calm, comfort & connection. Together we build your capacity for the twists & turns of life and your mastery to meet it.
