I provide counseling for adults and children who are experiencing persistent sadness, a sense of low worth/esteem, anxiety/worry, panic, heightened sense of stress, frequent irritability, survival/trauma responses due to past trauma experiences, and are affected in important areas of life. I help develop treatment goals to improve mood, sense of worth, coping strategies, behavioral issues, rational/healthy thoughts, anxiety management, trauma healing, and self-care.

I have extensive experience working with individuals who are grieving, families who are struggling in their relationships, and with those who are facing challenges in their lives and in their relationship with God. I do individual counseling as well as marriage and family counseling. I focus on communication skills, coping with stress and anxiety, trauma, and healing past hurts. My perspective and approach is Christian but I work very well with clients who are not religious or who are exploring their relationship with God.

I have worked with men, women and children in individual, family and couples therapy. I have worked in residential, inpatient and outpatient facilities and have gained valuable experience in working with people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, anger issues, mania, loneliness, life transition, trust issues grief and loss.and so much more. I enjoy trying to help others be happier and more successful in their lives and gain a great deal of satisfaction from my clients allowing me to do so by allowing me into their lives.
