| español I have been working in the mental health field in El Paso, Tx. since 2006. I has extensive training working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family sessions. I believe everybody has the power to overcome life challenges if they learn how to utilize their inner resources. I believe wellness matters to improve our quality of life.
I has specialized training in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy) as well as in CAPACITAR - which utilizes "holistic wellness practices that help people tap into the wisdom of their own body, mind and spirit" I have been trained to treat depression, anxiety, grief and post-traumatic stress (PTSD)
