As a professional counselor, I have walked alongside people on their journeys to healing and wholeness since 1981. I have seen the triumph and beauty in the human spirit as it heals from trauma and loss and is restored to vibrancy.

I have a passion for working with adolescents and emerging adults. However, I am committed to helping all individuals. I understand asking for help can be challenging and uncomfortable for some. My goal is to create a space where the client can be open, vulnerable, and communicate their feelings without judgment.

Having the pleasure of working with kids, adults, couples and families for the past 20+ years has taught me that not all storms come to disrupt our life, some come to clear our path. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges you may be facing. I have been a counselor for 30+ years. While my passion is working with couples, I also love working with individuals and teens, helping them through life's difficulties. I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, loss, self-esteem, adoption, victims of abuse & violence, relationship problems, issues of sexuality, etc. I want to give you the patience, support, and tools, to work jointly on your needs in a focused and non-judgmental manner, until I am no longer needed. We all have issues that creep up. We know, without resolution, minor issues become major.

Lisa works with adults, individuals, couples, and LGBTQ+. Our other 8 therapists work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. We help clients with anxiety, depression, self harm/suicidal ideation, trauma, addiction, issues resulting from trauma, and life's daily struggles. I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is that you, the client, feel comfortable and safe with your therapist. My goal is to provide a down-to-earth atmosphere where you feel free to be open and honest without judgment. Together we will work to build on your strengths allowing you to feel a greater sense of empowerment.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults who are dealing with life issues that result in depression, anger, and an inability to function in their daily lives. I also enjoy working with couples and families. I believe that families function as a system and when one family member is out of sync, the entire family is disrupted. In my practice, I see children as young as 3 years of age. Play is the "language of the child" and Play Therapy allows children to work through their issues in a non-threatening environment.

Joseph Lopez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, with a specialty in eating disorders. He is passionate about helping adults with finding healthy coping skills and see a new perspective when dealing with life's issues. Joseph specializes in treating eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Laena received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Texas Christian University and her Masters in Professional Counseling at Dallas Baptist University. She has experience working in private practice, university counseling, and church settings where she has had the opportunity to work with both adolescents and adults from all walks of life and varying presenting problems. Some of these include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, relational conflict, life transitions, and low self-esteem, amongst others.

Life can be chaotic and overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be! I believe you already possess everything you need to handle life's ups and downs, you're just missing a safe space to discover those abilities. I would be honored to provide that safe space. I'm endlessly curious about my clients and passionate about helping them discover or rediscover hope and joy in their lives. Kelci is experienced in working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and teens. Kelci work with various clients that seek to control and maintain peace of mind, emotional stability, and a sense of empowerment. Challenges that some clients struggle with are Anxiety, Trauma, Self-esteem, Depression, Self-care routine, boundaries, parent-child relationship issues, relationship conflict, and challenges, adjustment and transition issues, and more. Kelci works with a plethora of populations. However, working with adults, minorities, teens and couples are the few populations she enjoys working with.

Depression, trauma, and weight management are my three specialties because of both my personal and professional background. My approach is grounded in a wellness perspective.
