My goal is to create an accepting and non-judgmental space where people feel safe, heard, and understood. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy/parts work, and dialectical behavioral therapy skills to work with adults, teens, and children ages 10 and above.

We all wish we could transition through our life cycles without conflict, struggles, disappointments, and frustrations. Unfortunately, this desire is fantasy, as the realities of life show up derailing us and interfering with our personal relationships with our partners, family, and friends. These life challenges can make us feel unwell, not like your ordinary self while negatively effecting our ability to have positive interactions at home with our loved ones or to perform our best at work or school. Overtime, this disruption in our positive energy flow can result in chronic anxiety, sadness, or clinical depression.

Megan’s biggest passion is serving as a sounding board for those in need of unconditional support, validation, and acceptance. Her philosophy is that every person is of unique value and capable of great change. She believes strongly in the process of change, helping others navigate that path, and encouraging others to find hope. Megan is specialized in three areas: addictions, trauma and relational/ marital conflict. Megan enjoys doing individuals, couples and family work and being a guide through the process of mending and repair. I am accepting clients ranging from fourteen years of age and older. I work with individuals, families, and couples. Although I have experience treating an eclectic range of concerns, ideally, my clients may be facing symptoms of anxiety, depression, substance misuse, and PTSD. I have great expertise in treating dually-diagnosed clients, substance misuse, and mental health.
