I have been providing therapy services for over 15 years; collaborating with individuals to work through personal challenges including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief, and relationship problems. I provide individual, couples and family therapy virtually. My goal is to partner with you as you explore the topics that bring you to therapy and develop new skills and personal narratives that foster positive change. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches that are client-centered, experiential, and trauma-informed; focusing on your individual needs and life experiences.

My goal is to help you to make positive changes: Maybe you want some help coping with a difficult situation; maybe you just need to untangle and smooth out knotted and frayed emotions; or maybe you've been diagnosed with some sort of medical or psychiatric condition that creates problems for you-I'm here to listen and to talk, to nudge and to cheer-lead as you move forward. My work with clients combines Client Centered,Cognitive, Behavioral, and Family Systems approaches to custom fit therapy to the unique needs of each one of my clients.
