My goal in counseling is to work with each individual to help connect their mind-body-spirit (as you define it) in helping them to improve their overall wellness. I have a specialty in Play Therapy and I am only one of a few Registered Play Therapists in Bucks County. I hold an MSW degree, and have a graduate certificate from Temple University in Play Therapy.Play Therapy can help with behavioral issues, abuse, social skills, school issues, phobias, abandonment, grief, trauma, divorce, crisis, self injurious behaviors, low self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, depression and grief just to mention a few areas.

My passion is helping people find their strength to cope with life challenges.I work alongside clients to help them discover and embrace their personal power. I feel my life work is to help people gain strength to move beyond the struggles of life and realize their full potential.

My approach is to foster a strong relationship built upon a foundation of trust, support, non-judgment, and on occasion - humor. Working in collaboration with you, I use a strength-based and recovery-oriented approach, coupled with evidence-based interventions to help you develop deeper meaning, increase social connectedness, strengthen coping skills, and help empower you to achieve your therapeutic goals.
