I work with teens and adults to provide a safe space to step out of the chaos of life and sort through current struggles. I help with stress, anxiety, depression, negative self-talk, low self-esteem and self-worth, self injury, and trauma. I am a support to help work through day-to-day difficulties, career and school challenges, breakups, difficult relationships with family and friends, and major life changes. My work as a trauma therapist, family therapist, and high school counselor, has allowed me to support my clients through life's various obstacles.

As a psychologist, counselor, and evaluator, I look at sessions as a collaborative process. I work with children, adolescents, adults, families and the elderly to enhance their coping skills, so they have a variety of options to deal with their life stresses.
