I offer creative arts therapies including art therapy, sand tray, and play techniques to help them overcome challenges. In sessions, you will see how art can provide a way to express your inner most feelings when words sometimes fail you. Once the words have been spoken then it is often easier to address the deeper issues and conflicts.
