My passion for treating teens and adults with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) comes from years of seeing clients genuinely heal from this incredibly effective approach to treatment and go on to live happy and productive lives more fulfilling than they ever thought possible. Difficulty managing strong emotions can negatively influence every aspect of a person's life from intimate relationships, to one's work environment, and family connections. By utilizing a combination of skills training (in an individual or group format) along with individual DBT sessions, my clients complete treatment armed with the skill-set and knowledge to reach their true potential.

I have helped individuals struggling with a wide variety of issues such as: ADHD, anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, grief and loss, identity issues, marital difficulties, trauma, and communication skills. I've worked with children, tweens, teens, young adults and individuals approaching retirement. I am a Licensed Social Worker specializing in working with teens and adults experiencing issues around substance abuse, depression, anxiety, life stage transitions, and interpersonal difficulties. I enjoy meeting with clients who are motivated and willing to work collaboratively to address various life challenges. I have extensive experience working with clients in all levels of care with a focus on mental health issues including addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety. My therapeutic focus is to use motivational interviewing and a humanistic approach to help empower clients to reach their true potential.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and have been working in mental health since 2008. I began my work in a preschool partial hospitalization program and a community outpatient program with children, adults, and families. I have also worked as a Family Based Services (FBS) therapist and director. I co-founded Conshohocken Counseling Services in 2012 and have been enjoying providing clients with assistance in their life journeys since then.

Amelia Sermania, LPC Amelia Sermania is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2019. She earned her Undergraduate in Psychology from West Chester University and her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University. Amelia's treatment philosophy is to create a safe and warm space for her clients to feel comfortable in sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She wants her clients to feel supported in their mental health journey and feel guided by using coping skills and distress tolerance skills learned in therapy.

I help clients with stress, anxiety and low self esteem feel better about themselves. I also specialize in organizational (Executive Function) and Social Skills issues, in adolescents and adults struggling with these problems, and work with students in the college process. Alicia Lauro is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2017. She earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health in Counseling through Immaculata University. Alicia strives to create a comfortable, safe environment to collaborate with clients in exploring and building their treatment goals. She offers individualized care through the framework of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Dr. Jennifer Lee is a Psychologist in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2023. Dr. Lee earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University in NYC. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship in Adult Neuropsychology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Dr. Lee has specialized training in the cognitive evaluation of adults with medical conditions such as dementias, movement disorders (including pre- and post- DBS), epilepsy (including pre- and post-surgical), stroke, multiple sclerosis, cancer, head injuries as well as ADHD and other psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Centrella received her Psy. D. from Chestnut Hill College. She provides psychotherapy for children, teens, adults, and families. Dr. Centrella has experience treating many mental health issues, including ADHD, ODD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, and anxiety. Dr. Centrella believes that each client is truly unique and her eclectic approach to therapy, often including CBT and a family systems approach, allows for treatment to be tailored to the individual.

John received his Master of Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in 2010. Since entering the mental health field in 2003 he has gained experience in outpatient, inpatient, hospital, community, and residential settings. John currently practices as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who boosts healthy outcomes for adults of various diagnoses and backgrounds.

Allison holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has worked in outpatient, inpatient, residential, and BHRS/wraparound settings in a variety of roles during her career in the mental health field. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, with over 11 years of experience in providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

My specializations are working with adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. Common struggles I work with are Mood Disorders/Depression/Anxiety/ADHD, etc. I am also strong in helping students having school challenges, whether they are mental health or academic performance-related and pull from my previous experience as a Teacher of 8 years. Another area that I have a multitude of experience with is helping individuals cope with the difficulties that are certain to accompany a Traumatic Brain injury.
