I am a caring and insightful therapist with a doctorate in Human Sexuality who can help you in life and in your relationships. I specialize in couples sexuality, individual sexual problems, relationship and intimacy issues, and drug and alcohol use disorder. I work with LGBTQ concerns and gender identity issues. I also explore changes that come with aging and sexuality, including changes in sexual desire and menopause. You may have concerns around erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, or compulsive behaviors around sex and pornography use. I can explore with you past sexual abuse. Abby obtained her Master's degree in Social Work from Syracuse University with a concentration in Family Mental Health. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and upholds the highest standards in her field as a Board Certified Clinical Social Worker.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 30 years of experience treating adults and seniors suffering from trauma, the pain of loss and grief, low self-esteem, and challenging life transitions. In addition to my years in private practice, I worked at Jefferson Hospital in geriatrics; served as Clinical Director at Voyage House working with at-risk youth and members of the LQBTQ+ community; and as a Disability Specialist at Delaware Technical Community College, I was honored with the Governor's Award for my "Service to Individuals with Disabilities".

I have over 30 years experience as a child and adult psychotherapist and psychiatrist. I practice primarily psychotherapy, addressing a full range of issues from emotional strains, trauma, loss and anxiety to developmental issues including autistic spectrum presentations, and psychosis. I am PA/NJ licensed clinical social worker with over 20 yrs experience. I received my BA in Psychology in 1994 and my MSW in 1997. Since then, I have worked in various settings including the Behavioral Health System of Philadelphia, numerous behavioral health facilities which include psychiatric units, detox and rehabs, college counseling settings and in assisted living/nursing facilities with older adults. In 2013, I started an in person private practice and then made the jump to telehealth during the pandemic. I earned both my degrees in Psychology, first a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State and then a Master of Arts in Psychology from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
