Melanie Falls is an LISW-S and LICDC-CS who has been practicing since 1995. She graduated from KSU's Honors College and Case Western Reserve University with a Master's in Social Science Administration. Her track was clinical with a focus on working with Adolescents, Adults and Families. Melanie believes in starting with where the individual client is and understanding what has influenced them including the family and systems in which they exist. She believes in using an eclectic approach individualized to each client.

In the safety of the therapeutic relationship, my clients come to identify, understand, and respect the experiences that have brought them to this point in their lives. My style of counseling is straightforward and direct, but I do not tell you what to do, but help you to figure out what action is best for you. I use CBT (talk therapy ) and Person Centered Therapy, as well as hypnotherapy. I have helped hundreds of people struggling with depression, anxiety , addiction and those in the LGBTQ+ community. I have been doing this a long time and understand we all make mistakes. I believe the important thing is to be willing to work for change.

Peggy Sue Smith was a counselor at Bellefaire JCB for 10 years, specializing in intensive home-based therapy with families. Her areas of expertise include counseling with children, adolescents and adults in the areas of: attachment/adoption issues, anger management, high-functioning autism and Asperger Syndrome, crisis/trauma issues, conduct disorders, mood disorders, family communication and parenting issues. She holds a bachelor's degree from Kent State University and her master's degree in community counseling from Cleveland State University.

Allison Mora is a licensed clinical social worker with advanced certification. She received her master's degree in Social Administration-Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and her bachelor's degree in Sociology from John Carroll University. She has worked in school-based and outpatient settings. Her specialties areas include addiction, anxiety disorders depression grief counseling, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), seasonal affective disorder and stress management. She provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults.

Steve Fratantonio is a licensed mental health counselor studying for his doctorate in counseling psychology. He has more than 15 years of experience providing mental health care services to children, adolescents and adults in private practice and community mental health. His specialty area of interest is working with both adults and adolescents, as well as their families. He has advanced training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and alternatives for families: cognitive behavioral therapy (AF-CBT).

She received her MA and PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Cincinnati and BS in psychology from Howard University. Throughout her training and career, she has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient physical rehabilitation centers, hospitals, community mental health, college counseling center, youth residential treatment facilities, and long-term care facilities.

Danielle Vancura is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor in Ohio who has been practicing since 2011. She obtained her Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hiram College. Danielle's previous experience includes more than a decade of working with individuals exposed to trauma and experience working with individuals, families, and children in communitybased, schoolbased, and hospital settings. Danielle sees children/adolescents and adults individually.

I am a licensed social worker who has worked in a variety of settings to empower and support vulnerable populations. I trained in the neonatal intensive care unit of my local Level One trauma center in NEO helping parents navigate the care needs of their new child as well as their own physical and behavioral health needs. My training also includes working with patients at the Columbus Free Clinic, women in transitional supportive housing and survivors of domestic violence. I have extensive experience in helping guide individuals through complex social safety net programs and providing referrals to community support agencies.
