I have found that all of my clients come to me when they have exhausted their own ideas. It is my joy to help bring out new ideas about how to address these life obstacles. Often a new perspective and some new skills can help to change unhealthy patterns. I like to help people grow and become more competent in managing their own lives.

My mission is to help you to identify the symptoms or areas of life you'd like to change and to aid you in making the changes necessary. My approach is supportive and cognitive-behavioral. I like to work on the powerful mind-body connection (see paragraph on Cognitive-Behavioral therapy and Dr. Herbert Benson, Harvard MD, on tube). I focus on helping navigate the wild twists and turns of life, whether it's healing the caverns of complex trauma, revisiting childhood shenanigans, or riding the ADHD rollercoaster of executive dysfunction. We will use a variety of tools on our journey, including ACT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, and Imagery Rehearsal Therapy. Don't worry, though – I promise to keep the jargon to a minimum and sprinkle in a healthy dose of humor along the way.

Birth and motherhood are meant to be addictive. Yet so many of us feel anxious in pregnancy, experience birth trauma and struggle postpartum. In a culture where mothers are not supported, and the system prioritizes "safety" above all, women are often left stuck in survival stress after birth of their child. But please know that healing, love, and joy is available for you. Whether you wish to process and integrate your birth experience, prepare for the transition to the new role, or address your hopes and needs in pregnancy or postpartum, I am here to walk alongside and hold space for you as you navigate the perinatal journey.

Christine takes an empathetic approach to her practice, which allows her to establish deep connections with her clients. She supports her clients by giving them the necessary tools to improve their emotional well-being, allowing them to build confidence and make positive changes in their lives. Christine helps clients who are experiencing self-doubt, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

I have been working with families, parents, teens and children since 2008.  I have worked in a variety of therapy settings providing both group and individual therapy.  I have always enjoyed working with families and children, and being a mother myself, I feel this has allowed me to connect and support other mothers on this special and sometimes difficult journey.  I want to create a therapeutic relationship where parents and children can feel safe, comfortable and not judged.  I want your child(ren) to enjoy childhood and for you to be able to relish in the joys of parenting.  I am honored to be part of your journey.

Have dedicated my life in accompanying people on their voyages of self-exploration to reach inner peace.
