Teens will gain insight, willpower, and confidence in how to overcome daily stressors through journaling, role-playing, and card games. This is a 4-week virtual journaling workshop designed for adults of all backgrounds. The event is scheduled for every Monday from 6 to 7pm, from July 10 to 31. This workshop is designed to increase the tools and techniques through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for supporting your mental well-being. Together, we identify the problems, then modify maladaptive behavior, thoughts, and emotions, and replace them with socially appropriate behavior.
