We will engage in your present difficulties through self-exploration and reflection of past experiences.

We believe a group is made up of individuals, and in groups we explore the dynamics between the individual and the group. You will experience a richer texture of relationships, while exploring your own stories. Adolescent Group: Young People In Transitions

Hosted by

Providing a safe and holding environment for young people to have a space of their own, to work through and process emotions, thoughts, and conflicts in real-time together with their peers. Group Facilitator will guide to navigate the complexity of turbulent emotions often provoked by difficult dynamics with friends, family, schoolteachers and the constantly changing environment. We hope to create a space for young people to freely speak whatever comes into their mind, and to cultivate a sense of connection. For example, perhaps, shared concerns of “What will my future look like?” and “Who am I?” might be explored.
