I have completed comprehensive post-graduate training in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. The people I work with have often found themselves on a journey to better understand the obstacles in their lives and to acquire the skills to overcome them. Many of my clients are looking to address mood and anxiety issues related to challenges with specific stressful situations or relationships, difficulties with processing losses, or perhaps questions about long-standing patterns that have resulted in a sense of dissatisfaction in life. A common focus is to deepen awareness of internal conflicts and develop new ways to resolve them.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma in adults. The goal is to develop a base for individual growth and to rediscover one's own strengths. This will help to establish meaningful and lasting relationships, manage stress more effectively, identify and achieve life goals, and realize a healthy work/life balance.
We’ll explore the nature of your experiences at your own pace. I will closely listen to your story and help make meaning of concerns that have been difficult to understand.
