I have devoted my life to mastering the art of psychotherapy. I work with clients who are dealing with trauma-related issues including PTS that result in symptoms of anxiety and depression. To help people move through these difficulties, I incorporate EMDR and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction along with expressive arts and specifically music and sound in order for them to experience relief and be able to recognize their inherent healthy selves through body-mind awareness, creative inquiry, and artistic expression.​​
