I believe in the inherent wisdom of the body and incorporate emotional and somatic awareness into my holistic practice. By listening to the body, we can navigate past traumas and painful experiences together. Additionally, I explore issues within the broader context of an individual's life, showing curiosity about diversity factors such as gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, class, ability, religion, spirituality, and community.
Expect me to be warm, genuine, curious, and compassionate. I aim to offer an inclusive, affirming, and empowering space and therapy sessions that are inviting, relational, and collaborative. I work from an empathic and curious stance, believing in your resilience and recognizing your unique story.
At Expansive Therapy, we believe that high quality therapy should be accessible to everyone. That's why we offer an out-of-network program for PPO and POS plans. We do all the leg work for you—we check your benefits, submit your claims, advocate for higher rates on your behalf, and once you reach your deductible, we lower your fee to a copay between $0-80.

Fridays 6:30 - 8 EST (Ongoing) This group is for clients who identify within the LGBTQ community with basic emotional regulation skills. We discuss interpersonal and emergent concerns regarding a range of topics. We ask that interested members for the Queer group be based in NY state and commit to 3 months (or 12 weeks) of participation in order to join the group.
