I specialize in working with clients (individuals, couples, and families), who have interpersonal and coping skills difficulties in their personal and professional lives, intimate relationships, issues with self-esteem due to weight management and body image, self worth and lack of empowerment. Everyone deserves to have balance in their life.
I'm a licensed mental health counselor with two masters degrees, one in forensic psychology the other in mental health counseling. Offering counseling services in Harlem shows the community that therapy is for everyone. I encourage people of color to participate in the therapeutic process and breakdown the negative stigma of therapy.
