I spent years working at a sexual assault survivor organization, a dual diagnosis treatment center for women, and in private practice. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in both New York and Florida and a Licensed Clinical Profession Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. I am a mom and a partner who understands the chaotic and messy nature of life.
