I specialize in trauma informed care with teens and adults who are navigating painful and challenging life transitions. These challenges may have left you with questions such as why do I act/feel this way? Or the opposite: why am I not having an emotional response to this? Maybe a sense of disconnect from your body? Sometimes you are able to identify the root cause of those actions and feelings that caused a significant transition in our lives.
