I specialize in providing trauma-informed therapy focused on communal liberation, working with LGBTIQA+/Queer folks and people that have experienced trauma and violence. In my work, I draw on Boston Liberation Health therapy, an approach which contextualizes mental health within larger frameworks in order to set achievable and meaningful short- and long-term goals. I offer therapy services for clients looking for a therapist who is trauma-informed. I aim to form a relationship with clients in order to work together towards healing and more internal integration. I am passionate about finding ways to empower clients to step more fully into themselves, less inhibited by the weight of trauma and shame.

There are many reasons people reach out to a therapist. Sometimes, people feel stuck in their current lives, unable to realize their goals in their personal relationships or in their work. Sometimes people feel there is unfinished business to attend to from their past and they want to explore these experiences in a nonjudgemental space. Sometimes people are struggling to answer essential questions about themselves, how they show up in the world, and how they find meaning in the lives they lead. I am an agender, queer, abolitionist therapist. I believe that transformation is possible for everyone, healing can begin anywhere, and that no one is disposable. Only practicing with clients in within (the colonial borders of) New Jersey. My approach is primarily informed by somatic practices for trauma healing. This means that we will work with your thoughts, emotions, memories, and physical form/sensations to release unprocessed stress and/or trauma.
