As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience, I am passionate about helping clients seek their full potential while working through life's many challenges.

I work to provide a judgment-free space where I can help others discuss and manage life’s challenges. I try to be transparent in my thoughts and advice. I am comfortable exploring topics that people may have a hard time communicating. I like to create a sense of warmth and humor, while also matching the tone of the interaction. I realize people have their own unique background, values, and culture. I appreciate these differences, and I want to help others in a way that feels right for them. My areas of work include but are not limited to anxiety, relationship issues (all types), men’s issues, trauma, and depression.

During this difficult time of the Covid 19 crises, I am working with couples who are having relationship problems, with family and children issues, and with those who are reacting to the pandemic with depression or anxiety. I have been successfully connecting with people in their homes via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone, and I can connect with you at a time of your convenience. In addition to your weekly session (or more If you wish), I will be available to you by phone, messaging, or email at other times should you need to talk to me.
