Dr. Hampton has over 30 years of experience in mental health care, Dr. Hampton is a National Board Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Board Qualified Supervisor who has worked with diverse populations including children, adolescents, and adults. Predominantly through the use of Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral treatment techniques, Dr. Hampton has experience with Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Impulse Control Disorders, Substance Related Addictive Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, and other adjustment and stress related difficulties.

My education has taught me to meet my clients where they are. It's your world and I am here to assist as much as you need me to! In a non-judgmental and confidential atmosphere, your progression is a priority. Working together, we will identify the issues and/or triggers you may be experiencing and how to overcome, work through, and move forward from those stumbling blocks. With a listening ear, I will be there to support and encourage you as necessary. I will also attempt to push you to your fullest potential. She is located in Meridian, MS with 19 years of experience in the mental health field. Her role is to be a guide to her clients. Helping them to gain understanding in developing a plan for possible resolutions to life's challenges. I am licensed in Mississippi with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I treat individuals with chemical addictions (alcohol, drugs, and prescription medications) as well as those with sexually compulsive behaviors. I also treat individuals with depression and anxiety and other mood disorders. Boundary issues at home and work as well as trauma resolution and anger management are specialties.
