My passion is to help individuals and couples as they face sexual addiction, substance abuse, trauma, and the stressors of life that lead to hopelessness, pain and loss. I engage individuals and couples using a task-centered, compassionate and non-judgmental approach, respecting their freedom of choice while challenging them to become the persons they really want to be. My goal is to help men and women who are struggling with the effects of sexual, love, and relationship addictions. I offer sex addiction treatment groups for men and provide tools and resources to begin to achieve sobriety and freedom from sexually compulsive behaviors.

Since it is our unconscious, spirit part that we are seeking to heal, we must access this part through a variety of right-brain techniques that communicate with the unconscious. The goal of this therapy is to get the defense system out of the way so that we begin to operate out of our true sense of self, begin to create boundaries, make choices truly reflective of our own wants and needs. We then find that we no longer need to rely upon the destructive coping techniques previously used to protect us from the awareness that we are not integrated.
