Hello, I'm Brad Branham. I enjoy working with anyone who is motivated towards instituting change, improving their mood, situation, or life in the goals they choose. As a marriage and family therapist, I love working with couples and families. However, a significant amount of my nearly fourteen years of clinical experience has been working children, adolescents, and teenagers. I also enjoy working with those who are oppositional, anxious, depressed, have experienced trauma, are seeking parenting skills, or are looking for emotional management and coping strategies.

Everyone’s mental health journey looks and feels different. Like you, I’ve had my own journey. This means you can trust me when I say that I know it is hard. I know that it can be scary and I know that you need to feel safe in this process. I am here to walk next to you, to cheer you on and sometimes to help pick you up when you fall. I am honored that my job allows me to help others on their journey and it is a responsibility that I take very seriously. I enjoy working with couples, adults and adolescents. I have experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.

Understanding that it can be difficult to take this step to wellness, I believe it is important to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with the client as without this, it can be difficult to help implement change. I also believe that helping clients see their potential to implement change and resolve their issues is very empowering. Each client holds that potential within and they need encouragement and support as they begin to discover this and come to resolutions. Some clients may believe that their issues define who they are and stuggle to separate the two. New confidence can change this.

I approach therapy as a team effort. I want to walk beside you to help you process challenging situations. I use humor, a laid-back perspective, and honesty, knowing that we all have areas of struggle and we are in this together. I love working with teenagers, young adults, couples, women, and children over the age of 8. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and love helping couples prepare for marriage.

Stefan graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. Stefan has been practicing for 2 years and is working toward licensure in Minnesota as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Stefan enjoys working with individuals, families, and young adults and has extensive experience working with individuals and families that are affected by interpersonal aggression. He utilizes a person- centered, integrative approach to therapy, to create comprehensive, highly personalized care plans.

Jennah Brooks is a clinical trainee who has been serving kids, adults and families since 2012. She graduated from Saint Mary's with a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Jennah believes in solution focused techniques and that consistency, appropriate and challenging goals, and family focused work can create healthy and long lasting change for clients. Her main areas of focus have been serving children, adults and families in both community, school based and office settings. She works with decreasing behavioral symptoms for kids, family support for the whole system and psychoeducation for families.

Melinda graduated from Bethel University with her Masters in Community Counseling. Currently she is working towards Licensure for LPCC. Melinda has worked for Family Innovations/Lifestance Health Since July of 2019. Melinda is a Community-Based Therapist and enjoys working in schools and homes. Melinda feels that the best part about meeting with clients in their homes is that it's like traveling around the world and she loves learning more about different cultures, ethnicities and faith values when working with individuals and their families. Melinda is able to adapt well in non- English speaking homes too-.

Matthew received his Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University in 2010. Matthew has been licensed and in good standing through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy since 2015. Matt provides Individual outpatient therapy, Clinical supervision toward professional licensure, and provides professional supervision and support to a team of community-based therapists in our CTSS and Intensive Treatment in Foster Care (ITFC) programs.

Naomi completed her Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary's University of MN-Twin Cities. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Naomi has a non-anxious and non-judgmental presence and believes that the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is paramount to change. She believes in having unconditional positive regard for the client and honoring all parts of the self such as the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts.

Corinne received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy degree at Fuller Theological in Pasadena, California. She has been licensed through the state of Minnesota since 2008 and has been a board-approved supervisor for clinicians working towards licensure (LMFT & LPCC) in the state since 2012. Corinne enjoys working with people of all ages. She started her therapeutic career helping mostly children and parents, followed by five years counseling adult and geriatric clients with chronic medical and mental health issues.

Hannah Baker is a Licensed Social Worker in Wisconsin. She has a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and three years of Case Management experience. Hannah believes in Person-Centered Training, and has experience in ADHD, anxiety, depression, childhood behavior issues, post-partum depression/anxiety, Autism, developmental disabilities, PTSD/trauma, woman's issues, and school avoidance. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys golf, playing with her 19-month-old, and wedding planning.

Lisa is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Minnesota and received her Doctor of Psychology in Counseling Psychology at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. She has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, rehabilitation/integrated health, consulting for organizations and in-home services. She has experience providing individual and group therapy as well as conducting psychological assessments for diagnostic purposes. Lisa is certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, ART, a psychological intervention effective for treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction.

Julie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She joined Family Innovations/Lifestance in 2014 and currently provides outpatient counseling with patients as well as clinical supervision services for a team of community-based mental health practitioners. Julie earned her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University. Julie incorporates a person-centered approach that is both non-judgmental and compassionate. Her goal is to provide a place of safety for patients struggling with anxiety and depression; helping remove blockages so they can find hope that life can be better than they believed.
