I am a strong believer in Person-Centered therapy and its three main principles: unconditional positive regard, empathetic understanding, and transparency. I use an integrative approach, which combines evidence-based treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Support, and Play-Oriented therapy techniques.
My experience includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families. I have worked in a variety of care settings and provided care for individuals, families, and groups.
