I love working with children, adolescents, and young adults. When you are growing up it is a time of constant and rapid change. The pressures from school, friends, social media, parents and everything in between are overwhelming. It can be so hard to manage on your own and scary as a parent to watch. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients learn how to successfully manage all of the stressors in their lives so that they can re-engage with their family and friends and find the joy they once had. I help people improve the relationships in their lives and find more happiness in their everyday interactions.

I believe therapy is an investment in time, emotion and money. You should see results from our sessions and I will work with you to assess whether you are getting the most out of therapy. I am straightforward, will tell you what I am thinking, giving you supportive, encouraging feedback while being real with you.

I use variety of strategies including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Research shows that the greatest predictor of progress in therapy is the connection between the therapist and the client. Knowing this, I work very hard to establish a strong connection so that we are able to do our best work together.
