I currently provide services to individuals, couples, and families. I work specifically with adolescents, young adults, and adults. My focus areas include life transitions, grief and loss, stress management, and trauma. I have experience with individuals impacted by various mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, bipolar disorder I and II, and borderline personality disorder.

I have over 10 years of experience as an LICSW offering individual counseling services to my clients. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT and Solution Focused Therapy to create a unique treatment approach based on each clients individual needs. I help my clients learn to make themselves a priority, develop positive self-care, & nurture inner needs/wants in order to realize wholeness of self.
