My work focuses on where the client is now, and where they want to go, with no pre-conceived notions. We look at past experiences together and how they impact the present. For parents, I offer coaching and suggestions for managing challenging behaviors, and understanding the impact of early childhood trauma of behavior. With younger children, I encourage learning about expression of feelings.

Our professionals are expert professors, PhD, MA, BS in the field of health and counseling, and serving clients of all ages, and organizations for more than 20yrs.The center provides: 1- life coaching to women for varied health concerns: Nutritional counseling/ concerns for women, children, students, chronic diseases; Adaptation to pregnancy; Postpartum; menopause; Dealing with aging process; health concerns, and chronic diseases, parenting issues, adolescence challenges, body image, and skin problems and concerns.

I am trauma-informed and specialize in helping individuals identify what is holding them back (oftentimes addiction, fear, depression and/or anxiety). I am an empathetic individual who has been working closely with people for the last 30 years, mostly in the field of addiction and recovery.

My ideal client is a person dedicated to making positive changes in her/his life. These adjustments may be as simple as a new hair style or as complex as brain surgery. I invite the client to tell me about himself, including hobbies and interests. What is he most proud of? What might he like to improve? What was the nicest thing anyone ever said about him? What really hurt? I encourage the client to comment on the paintings in the room and what they might have in common. They all have something to do with going somewhere. Psychotherapy is a process of increasing self-awareness, and using what we have discovered to make our lives richer. In order to implement change, the problem must be clearly defined. Human beings are inherently imperfect, understanding our vulnerabilities, our fears ,and our destructive tendencies frees these dynamics to effect change. Absent an awareness of our darker side, we make decisions that are not fully informed and choices that often come back to haunt us.
