Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) who is fully bilingual in English/Spanish. My current practice entails young children, adolescents, young adults, middle aged and elderly persons. I see individuals, couples, and families with a multitude of problems and/or issues.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and I work with children and adults, including individuals, couples, and families. My clients may be sad, anxious, overwhelmed, confused or they may have experienced trauma in their life and when they come to therapy having a safe, accepting and validating space is of the utmost importance. I am a strengths-based therapist that meets clients where they are. I help clients with expectations and goals, and empower clients to enact change in their life.

My ideal client is someone with the passion to make their life better. They may have lived through trauma, are struggling with grief, and/or just need an empathetic ear.

People should be accepted as they are. Issues, goals, and needs vary from one person to the next; therefore, co-creating the desired future of the client is essentially important.

Sometimes the small things make the biggest difference and the largest challenges are not so big in perspective. I believe that participating in counseling can provide that perspective and be a most remarkable and rewarding journey. The counseling process is not always easy and can be quite difficult. Realizing this, I always feel so honored when my clients are willing to include me on their journey.
