As a mostly Adlerian therapist, I will help clients to explore their behavior patterns which may be interfering with attaining their goals. In order to do this, together we will examine each individual's readiness for change, how fear/anxiety plays a role in keeping them from changing behaviors and explore interpersonal/family relationships. To facilitate the most insight and emotional growth as possible for clients, my goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgemental and confidential environment. Through this environment and exploration clients will be better able to set and attain healthy goals and lifestyles.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of expertise and passion in my field. I believe that healing take place from within and will work to facilitate that through a variety of approaches. At the Integrated Wellness Clinic, we feel that each person needs support and freedom to choose their own path. Healing from the suffering caused by addiction, mental health, trauma, eating disorders, obsessive sexual behavior, and other co-occurring conditions is not simply about managing life; it is about transforming it. At IWC, we support this trans formative work with approaches that strengthen and nurture mind, body and spirit.

I take an eclectic approach and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Reality Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused, Reality Based, and psycho-education to individuals age 5 and up. My theory is that when people have hope and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, people are free to experience change.
