Hi there, welcome to my page! I view a strong client-counselor relationship as foundational to all meaningful therapy. I believe that each one of us intrinsically possesses value and is deserving of love, respect, and the opportunity to evolve. It is my intention to create an inclusive & non-judgmental space in order to support my clients as they grapple with internal and external blocks, and move towards growth. My clinical focus areas include: life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family trauma, identity exploration, neurodivergence, emotional regulation challenges, play therapy & more.

I believe that our greatest struggles can prove to be our most important teachers, and invitations to connect to our higher selves. Changing our long standing patterns and holding space of our deepest pain can feel daunting and scary to confront on our own. Yet, with support and guidance, you will find change is possible, and there is hope.

Everyone deserves a judgement-free space to express themselves and be heard. My therapeutic style is empowering, participatory, person-centered, and trauma informed. I listen and ask thoughtful questions to encourage emotional awareness and help illuminate my client's goals, encouraging them to work at their own pace. I work from an anti-oppression lens, aware of the larger societal factors that contribute so much to stress, anxiety, and depression.
