I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in addiction, sexual, spiritual and gender identity, self-esteem, trauma and HIV. I have treated a variety of presenting conditions ranging from depression and anxiety to mood disorders, sleep issues, relationship problems and life stress. I specialize in working with people in suicidal crisis, addiction and recovery, and the Queer community. I have extensive experience working with adults that grew up in families with addiction, personality disorders, and trauma. There is a heavy focus on reframing internal monologues and gaining coping skills to improve daily quality of life.
