My work, both inpatient and outpatient, has ranged from helping adolescents bolster self esteem and coping skills on one end to helping adults who have suffered from mood and personality disorders on the other. My specialty, though, lies in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders, and my work and anecdotal research has allowed me to develop a keen approach to the healing of these ailments on the path to achieving long term mental wellness.
