I have over 20 years experience in education and counseling. I build rapport easily with my clients and utilize a client-centered approach in therapy. I have experience in in-patient acute care, crisis, trauma, substance abuse, CBT, DBT, REBT, and ACT. In addition, I specialize in depression, anxiety, Bipolar, Borderline, trauma, OCD and anger management. I also treat adolescents and adults as well. I have even trained other therapists in dealing with this and other issues.
